I can't log in! What do I do?

If you are unable to log in to your Kidblog account, please confirm the following:

1.) You are logging-in at the correct page: If your account is attached to an email address or a Google account, you can log in directly from your class homepage, or from

If you do not have an email address in the system, you must log in from your class homepage (click the log in button)

2.) You have an email address listed in your teacher account: Ensure you have an email address listed under your teacher account (in your profile). 

3.) You have entered the correct email address and password: Make sure you have the correct spelling, characters, and capitalization when entering your log in credentials. You may reset your password, if necessary (

4.) You are not using your class join-code as your password: The class join-code is not the same as your account password. The join-code is only used when initially adding users to a class.
