Any existing teacher accounts can be seamlessly merged into your organization’s membership. To ensure existing teacher accounts are fully merged into your organization, they should follow the two-step process below:
Step 1: Join the organization as a teacher user
1.) Teachers log in to their current Kidblog account.
2.) From their dashboard, existing teachers will click on "Enter a Join-Code" and enter the organization join-code provided by you.
Step 2: Connect any already existing classes to the organization
1.) Once joined to your organization, teachers can connect any existing classes to your organization using the the class connection link. This link is customized for your organization and can be found in the Tips section at the bottom of your organization class page.
2) When teachers navigate to this customized URL they will be given the opportunity to connect any of their existing classes to your organization. **Please note - If teacher's existing class is not connected with your organization, users will receive the "Membership Required" error message.
